We have been using environmentally friendly non solvent vegetable based inks for many years. Our paper is supplied by FSC accredited suppliers, which guarantees that every sheet comes from a sustainable source. This ensures that as the trees are harvested more are replanted.

Owning the ultimate in green print technology has enabled us to monitor our waste sheets. Over the course of a year we have calculated that we save approximately 1.5 million set up sheets compared to many of our competitors. This equates to 32 tonnes of paper, or in other terms nearly 400 trees. The minimum waste that we do produce is then recycled. ABC is an FSC certified company.

When your files arrive with us,we pre-flight them to ensure there are no errors. We then send them back in pdf format via e-mail for you to check them over. It is only then, when we receive “sign off” from you, we go to press. This method not only saves ink and paper but critically saves time. Hard copy colour correct proofs, or even machine proofs to ISO 12647-2 standard are also an alternative to the digital process. Processless plates without the need for Chemistry are then produced. We integrate Hybrid Screening to ensure the finest quality output from our two CTP device’s. Our plates are aluminium and are 100% recyclable. This is another reassuring fact considering we use around 5,000 plates per month.
